It helps to have these ready when we speak:

• The rooms and levels, and roughly how big each room is
• What is on the floor now, and what you would like
• Whether a basement is part of the job, and if it has ever been wet
• The number of stairs, if they are included
• Anything your co-op has sent you about floor work

We will talk it through, visit to measure and check the base, and then give you an estimate for the whole job.
